Support Manager
Located in the Dallas, Fort Worth area of Texas, Chris Malay has worked as a Support Manager for Savision, which is a subsidiary of Martello Technologies, for the past 4 years. He is responsible for Martello products including Monitoring Mitel systems, SD-Wan appliances and the Savision product line. Prior to that, he filled the role of Technical Sales Engineer at Savision for 5 years. In this role he worked on productions including Live Maps, which runs on top of System Center Operations Manager.  

Chris is a 9-year U.S. Navy veteran, where he spent his time forecasting weather for various parts of the world. As the son of a U.S. Air Force Veteran, he has always taken pride in his work ethic because of his upbringing. Once he transitioned to civilian life, he started his career in IT.

Chris has worked in the IT Voice Quality space since 1999, so he has seen how the technology has changed in the industry and has adapted to meet his customer’s needs. As a support manager, he is now helping his customers take control of their IT environment and help speed root cause analysis and improve service delivery.

The father of two, has been married to his wife for the last 19 years and enjoys spending family time with his son and daughter.
